Exports Procedures

The company sources cattle from different locations in Brazil and sends them to its operations in the northern Brazilian state of Pará.

 

The company currently has seven pre-shipment establishments in Pará (EPEs), to carry out mandatory health quarantines in export operations.

Environmental Procedure
CSAP oversees 100% of purchases of cattle, to ensure that livestock is not sourced from deforested areas, indigenous lands and environmental conservation units.

 

Live Cattle Selection
According to the quality requirements of importing a discriminative evaluation is made, consisting of the selection and identification of the animals to be exported. All this is done by a team of specialized professionals.

 

Warranty Gives Origin of Animals
All animals are identified on the farm of origin by the selection team CSAP. This identification system is stored in a database and linked to the document Traffic Control of the State Agency of Pará (ADEPARÁ) ensuring the traceability of animals

 

Quality Control

In this phase, the selected animals go through a rigorous evaluation that seek to identify those who are not suitable for export CSAP has a veterinary team dedicated to monitoring the animals in quarantine station

 

Certification

Already in the quarantine station happens inspection and supervision of the MAPA (Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply)

To comply with the regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture, CSAP has seven quarantines stations in Brazil

 

Logistics

Transportation involves some special care. All trucks are washed before shipment of livestock and subsequently sealed to ensure greater security. On the sea voyage, concerned with the integrity of animals and customer satisfaction, CSAP sends a specialist and trained veterinary to evaluate all routines on board ships
